Phase 1 is flexible shell space purpose-built for advanced manufacturing and product development. Tenants design, build out, and equip their own suites — bring your production, prototyping, and testing equipment. A shared community lab is planned for tenant access, workforce training, and education; funding is not yet secured. From production and warehouse configurations to R&D and office, every floor plate is designed to help American-made products move from concept to market.
